The Power of Positivity

Positive Monks

Buddha wisely said: “There is no path to happiness. Happiness is the path.”

Change is internal. Dwell on the beauty of life. Empower yourself by being the change you want to see in the world. When things go wrong, don't go wrong with them. Always be on the right path. Contentment is the key. Be thankful for what you have. If you concentrate on what you don't possess, you will never ever have enough.

When things go well, you feel good inside but when things go badly, you mind is flooded with negative thoughts. The real obstacle to positivity is that our brains are hard-wired to look for and focus on threats. In such instances, think of your day and try to recall one positive thing that happened with you. No matter how small, thinking of positive moments will reduce the negative thoughts in your mind and will help shift your attention and focus on more positive things.

More Good Deeds focuses on the concept of selfless giving.  It is said, “It will never rain roses. When we want to have more roses, we must plant more roses.” Be the light for others. This way, you not only make others happy but make yourself happy too. Be the ray of hope for someone. Be the light at the end of someone’s tunnel. Smile and bring a feel-good factor in someone’s life.

Have that sparkle about you. Always look forward to inspire others. Do a good deed, share it with the world. You never know when your smallest deed becomes a magical inspiration for someone and transforms his life!
